Get Started Birding with Festivals!

People often ask us how to get started birding.  A great way is with guides and activities included in bird festivals!  How great would it be to have some help finding birds like the beautiful Merlin in our post?

Here is a list of festivals through Recreation.gov, and you can search by state.

Local birding groups and chapters as well as nature centers have information, as well.  Good birding!
